Working on the General Manager's Office by PREPA Systems, she improves the operational systems, procedures, and plans in support of the organizations missionвЂ”specifically, support better management credit reporting, information movement and management, business procedure and company planning. PREPA Networks is a Puerto Vasto Electric Power Expert a community corporation that was founded in 1941; a subsidiary private organization of PREPA Holdings which has been providing remarkably reliable and robust, fibers optic facilities services for the telecommunication companies in Puerto Rico, for 7 years and counting. At this organization she also processes reports and completes other billing. It can be her responsibility to assist the General Manager in the company with the marketing and buyer services. Consequently , it is very important that she demonstrates motivation to achieve the organization goals, and that your woman feel satisfaction on her work, so your woman can your woman may send those feelings to other employees inside the company.
Whilst interviewing my personal mentor, I can identify with her at her work situation. One of the big challenges that she confronts at work is a employee's collaboration to exhibit and fulfil the corporation rules and requirements. One other challenge that her work presents is a lack of interaction from her boss and exactly how he does not express obviously his work expectations.
